European Certification Centre for Halal (ECC Halal) provides Halal certification services to various industries within the Halal market. ECC Halal will constantly provide the certification services that meet or exceed the requirements & expectations & satisfaction of our customers.
1. It is the stated directive of the Executive Management that ECC Halal employees at all levels are familiar with, and encouraged to be committed to the quality incentive and the requirements defined within the ECC Halal Quality Manual, so as to ensure the organization achieves these desired quality goals.
2. All employees shall comply with requirements at ECC Halal Quality Management System which is based on the requirements of ISO 9001-2015. This system shall be subject to a process of continual improvement through ECC Halal Quality Management Review Systems.
3. Objectives processes provide a frame work for establishing and reviewing Quality Objectives periodically for continuing improvement & Suitability of QMS and compliance with the legal requirements. Also be available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
4. In respect of Quality Management matters the Organization nominated representative has the responsibility and delegated authority of the Executive Management to take whatever measures are considered necessary to Implement and achieve the quality policy goals identified herein. The quality representative shall report regularly on achievements and / or areas of restraint and shall identify the adequacy of resources, both human and material so that the requirements can be fully effected
This policy statement will be displayed in prominent places throughout the organization so that every employee shall have a clear understanding of the policy requirements and their required support and commitment.Taking accountability for the efficient and effectiveness of the QMS.
Ensuring that the Quality Policy is compatible with the strategic direction of the Organization.
Ensuring the integration of the QMS requirements into the Organization business processes.
Promoting improvement, use of the process approach and risk-based thinking.
Ensuring the resources needed for the QMS are available and achieves its intended results.
Communicating to organization the importance of effective QMS.
Engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS.
Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility
